Color profile information stripped upon resize
It appears that you guys don't include color profiles with the resized shots. Is there a reason for this? Are you planning on implementing this feature? It's the reason i'm leaving picasaweb, and i can't sign up on expono if you guys have the same issue.

Inappropriate?Yes. Color Profiles is an issue we want to solve. However, the support for color profiles is so-so on browsers. Safari and the latest version of Firefox supports it. But, asfaik Firefox still have some bugs displaying images with Color Profiles (ex, inverted colors).
Currently, all thumbnails gets the sRGB color space. Which is considered to be the true standard if you don't have or support color profiles. I can't say I'm too happy with this change either, because some photos become "washed out" in color.
This changed was based on:
"sRGB is the world standard for digital images, printing and the Internet. So long as you haven't screwed with anything, you and the world are shooting in sRGB. Use sRGB and you'll get great, accurate colors everywhere all the time. Like what you see in my Gallery and the top grad (widest rainbow) above? That's all coming to you in sRGB. Use sRGB and you'll automatically get great, saturated and accurate color everywhere"

We've been doing some research on this, but we find contradicting information.
If you have valuable links or stuff that can help us supporting color profiles, please, post them here. I would be greatly appreciated. Maybe,
Fortunately, all originals photos are stored unmodified which means it is possible for us to regenerate thumbnails if we make changes.
I’m undecided
